Hearthstone is located in the small town of Helotes and is made up of 58 estates sized lots, averaging 3/4 of an acre in size. Helotes is well known for it’s excellent quality of life. SAWS provides water, and each lot is served by an individual septic system. Pape-Dawson engineered the subdivision, and CPS supplies the power.
